Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, dark soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, MSG, salt, sliced garlic, sliced ginger, and oil.
Heat oil in a pan, add the ginger and garlic from the marinade, then add the chicken and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
Wipe the same pan and add more oil.
Add sliced spring onion head and sliced ginger garlic. Sauté briefly.
Add carrot and bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, MSG, salt, and pepper.
Add the boiled spaghetti and toss well.
Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
In a serving dish, layer rice, sauce, chow mein noodles, chicken, more sauce, fried garlic, green onions, and more sauce.
Serve warm.
