Breakfast Sandwiches

These easy & delicious breakfast sandwiches are packed with fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and flavorful meats, all toasted to perfection! A quick, protein-packed meal to start your day right.

Ingredients
  

For the Eggs:

  • 4 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp bouillon powder
  • Handful of chopped spring onions
  • 1 tbsp butter

For Layering:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 pieces of lettuce leaves
  • Mortadella or turkey slices
  • Beef salami
  • Cheese slices
  • Sriracha or your favorite sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, chili flakes, bouillon powder, and spring onions.
  • Heat butter in a pan and pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Place two slices of bread on top while the eggs are still wet.
  • When the eggs begin to set, flip the bread slices over so they face up.
  • Let the eggs cook, then flip everything to toast the other side.
  • On one side, layer lettuce, leftover chicken (if available), a cheese slice, beef salami, and sriracha.
  • On the second sandwich, layer lettuce, turkey slices, cheese, and salami.
  • Close the sandwiches and toast them for another minute.
  • Serve hot and enjoy this quick & delicious breakfast!

Notes

For extra crispiness, toast the bread separately before assembling the sandwich!
