In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated garlic, chopped dill, and salt.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the beef or lamb mince (no need for extra oil).
Sauté until the mince changes color and releases its own fat.
Add the chopped onion, paprika, chili flakes, cumin, salt, and ginger-garlic paste.
Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is crispy and deeply browned.
In a small pan, melt butter over low heat.
Add paprika and let it sizzle for a few seconds before removing from heat.
Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Add the cooked pasta over a serving plate and spread the garlic yogurt.
Then top with the spiced mince.
Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes and fresh parsley.
