Rinse 1 cup sago pearls thoroughly until water runs clear.
In a large pot, boil 6-7 cups of water.
Add the rinsed sago and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook until the pearls become translucent with just a tiny white dot in the center.
Drain and immediately rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Let it cool completely.
Prepare 1 packet of strawberry jelly according to packet instructions.
Chill in the fridge until fully set, then cut into cubes.Blend a handful of strawberries with chilled milk (use more milk, less fruit) to create a light pink strawberry shake.
Strain if needed and chill until ready to use.
In a large mixing bowl, add:
Cooked and cooled sago pearls
Chopped fresh strawberries
Mixed fruit cocktail (drained)
Strawberry jelly cubes
Pour in the strawberry shake and mix gently.
Add 1 tbsp condensed milk to enhance the creaminess and sweetness.
Toss in a handful of ice cubes and give everything a gentle mix—this cools it down instantly and makes it extra refreshing.
Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
