For the Chicken Mixture
- 400 g chicken mince
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For Assembly and Cooking
- 10 mini tortillas
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Chopped lettuce
- Mayonnaise
In a bowl, mix the chicken mince with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions.
Press each portion onto a mini tortilla in a thin even layer.
Dip the chicken side into beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the tacos chicken-side down until golden and crispy.
