Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Mixture

  • 400 g chicken mince
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For Assembly and Cooking

  • 10 mini tortillas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken mince with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions.
  • Press each portion onto a mini tortilla in a thin even layer.
  • Dip the chicken side into beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the tacos chicken-side down until golden and crispy.
  • Flip and cook the tortilla side briefly until crisp and the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Top with chopped lettuce and mayonnaise.
  • Serve hot and fresh.
