  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together warm milk, instant yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it turns slightly foamy.
  • Add flour, salt, and butter to the mixture. Mix and knead until a smooth dough ball forms.
  • Cover and let it rest for 30-40 minutes (or until slightly puffy).
  • In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon to make the cinnamon filling.
  • In another bowl, whisk cream cheese and sugar until smooth for the frosting. Set aside.
  • Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the cinnamon sugar filling evenly over the dough.
  • Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into thin strips.
  • Roll each strip tightly to form mini cinnamon rolls.
  • Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  • Brush the tops with a little cream to keep them soft.
  • Air-fry at 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes, or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Once baked, generously spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the softest, most delicious mini cinnamon rolls ever!
