- 12 Medjool dates pitted
- ½ cup cream cheese or mascarpone for extra richness
- ¼ cup crushed or whole pistachios for filling
- ¼ cup pistachio cream for coating/drizzling
- Sea salt to taste

- Roasted kunafa kataifi pastry, for crunch
Slice and pit 12 Medjool dates.
Fill with cream cheese and pistachios.
Coat some dates with pistachio cream, drizzle the rest.
Garnish with sea salt, rose petals, and roasted kunafeh.
