No-bake peanut butter bars

These chewy, no-bake dark chocolate peanut butter bars are the ultimate easy dessert, made with just 4 simple ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • cups peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • cups oat flour
  • 120 g dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
  • Microwave for 30-60 seconds, then whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  • Add oat flour to the peanut butter mixture and stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into it.
  • Press down evenly with a spatula or your hands to create a firm base.
  • Melt milk chocolate in the microwave (stirring every 20-30 seconds) or using a double boiler on the stove.
  • Stir until completely smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to firm up.
  • Let the bars sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Cut into squares or bars, serve, and enjoy!
