Juicy Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Handful of parsley or coriander
  • 1 tomato
  • 500 g chicken breast minced in a blender
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tsp tikka masala
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add red bell pepper, green chili, onion, garlic, parsley, and tomato to a blender.
  • Blend into a smooth paste.In a large bowl, combine the vegetable paste with the minced chicken.
  • Add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, paprika, chili powder, tikka masala, chili flakes, olive oil, and gram flour.
  • Mix well until fully combined.
  • Finally, fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese for extra juiciness and flavor.
  • Grease your hands with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties or oval-shaped kebabs.
  • Shallow Fry: Heat oil in a pan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Grill: Cook on a preheated grill for 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with oil.
  • Bake: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
