Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Cutlets

  • 2 chicken breasts makes 4 cutlets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for frying

For the Coating

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Grated Parmesan a generous handful

For the Garlic Parmesan Fries

  • 1 plate fried French fries
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

For Assembling the Wrap

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • Garlic mayonnaise
  • Romaine lettuce chopped
  • Grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 cutlets and season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg, then a mixture of breadcrumbs, panko, and Parmesan.
  • Fry in oil over medium heat until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
  • Toss the hot fries with Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan.
  • Spread garlic mayonnaise over each tortilla.
  • Add chopped romaine, one crispy chicken cutlet, some garlic parmesan fries, and extra Parmesan.
  • Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
