For the Chicken Cutlets
- 2 chicken breasts makes 4 cutlets
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
For the Coating
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs whisked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan a generous handful
For the Garlic Parmesan Fries
- 1 plate fried French fries
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
For Assembling the Wrap
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- Garlic mayonnaise
- Romaine lettuce chopped
- Grated Parmesan for garnish
Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 cutlets and season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg, then a mixture of breadcrumbs, panko, and Parmesan.
Fry in oil over medium heat until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
Toss the hot fries with Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan.
Spread garlic mayonnaise over each tortilla.
Add chopped romaine, one crispy chicken cutlet, some garlic parmesan fries, and extra Parmesan.
Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
