In a bowl, combine beef mince, ginger garlic paste, Shan Seekh Kebab Masala, coriander, cumin, paprika, Shan Tikka Masala, chopped coriander, tomato paste, mustard sauce, and green chilli.
Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté the chopped onion until softened and lightly browned.
Add the marinated beef and cook until the meat changes colour.
Add ½ cup water and cook on high heat for 5–7 minutes, until the mixture is dry but still slightly saucy.
In a bowl, toss together onion, tomato, coriander, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
For the garlic yogurt sauce, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, cream, grated garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Grease a skillet or non-stick pan lightly with olive oil and heat over medium flame.
Place a tortilla on the pan, sprinkle some of the cheese mixture, and add a spoonful of the cooked beef filling on one side.
Fold the tortilla in half, pressing lightly.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
Repeat for all tortillas.
Serve hot with the fresh salad and garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
