Chicken Club Sandwich

This chicken club sandwich is the ultimate stacked sandwich, loaded with juicy grilled chicken, crispy lettuce, fresh veggies, cheese, and beef salami, all layered between perfectly toasted bread.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 500 grams chicken breast2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning optional

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For Layering:

  • 9 slices of toasted bread
  • 4-5 lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 3 cheese slices
  • 9-10 pieces of beef salami
  • 3-4 cucumber pickles sliced

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into thin quarters and marinate with lemon juice, spices, and optional Cajun seasoning.
  • Grill or pan-fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then slice thinly.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Take the first slice of toasted bread and spread a layer of sauce. Add lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, then sprinkle a little salt over the veggies.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top, spread with sauce, and layer grilled chicken, cheese slices, salami, and cucumber pickles.
  • Finally, top with the third slice of bread, spread with sauce, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve fresh with french fries or your favorite side. Enjoy! 😋
