Chicken Caesar Wrap
Crispy chicken cutlets, chopped romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, croutons, and chips all chopped together and wrapped in a soft tortilla for the ultimate crunchy, creamy chicken Caesar wrap.

For the Chicken Cutlets
- 2 chicken breasts makes 4 cutlets
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
For the Coating
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs whisked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan a generous handful
For the Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 –5 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembling the Wrap
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- Caesar dressing
- Romaine lettuce chopped
- Grated Parmesan for garnish
- Croutons
- Salt n vinegar chips or any you like
Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 thin cutlets. Season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg, then a mixture of breadcrumbs, panko, and Parmesan.
Fry in oil over medium heat until golden and fully cooked. Let rest slightly.
Mix the Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth.
Toss chopped romaine with only 1–2 tbsp of the dressing. Save the rest for dipping, storing, or adding to the chopped filling.
For 1 wrap, add dressed lettuce to a bowl, then add 1 roughly chopped chicken cutlet, 1 tbsp Caesar dressing, croutons, and chips.
Chop everything together using a pizza cutter.
Transfer to a tortilla, add Parmesan if desired, and wrap tightly.
Repeat for the remaining wraps and serve immediately.
