Chicken Caesar Club Sandwich

Toasted bread layered with creamy Caesar dressing, juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Parmesan. A triple decker sandwich packed with Caesar flavor.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast sliced thin and lightly pounded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

For the Caesar Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 to 5 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly

  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • 10 to 12 slices cooked bacon optional
  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes or 1 large tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Season the thin sliced chicken with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and vinegar. Grill or pan fry over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden. Set aside.
  • Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  • Toast all 12 slices of bread until golden.
  • Take 3 slices of toasted bread per sandwich and spread Caesar dressing generously on each. Layer lettuce and chicken on the first slice, top with the second slice, then layer bacon, tomato, a pinch of salt, and Parmesan, and top with the third slice.
  • Secure each sandwich with toothpicks through the quarters, then cut into 4 pieces and serve.
