Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil for cooking

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For Serving:

  • Cooked rice of your choice
  • Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • Sliced cucumbers

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breasts in half to create thinner fillets and make 1/2-inch deep cross cuts for better seasoning absorption.
  • In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to create a seasoning blend.
  • Season both sides of the chicken and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • While cooking, brush the Bang Bang Sauce generously on both sides.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and brush on extra Bang Bang Sauce for maximum flavor.
  • Serve with steamed rice, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices for a balanced meal.

Notes

Air-Fryer Method: 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). 9. Air-fry the chicken for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through. Brush the sauce on both sides while cooking.
