Slice the chicken breasts in half to create thinner fillets and make 1/2-inch deep cross cuts for better seasoning absorption.
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to create a seasoning blend.
Season both sides of the chicken and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
While cooking, brush the Bang Bang Sauce generously on both sides.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and brush on extra Bang Bang Sauce for maximum flavor.
Serve with steamed rice, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices for a balanced meal.
Notes
Air-Fryer Method: 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). 9. Air-fry the chicken for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through. Brush the sauce on both sides while cooking.
